I don't understand why Ronald was branded a coward. If some crazy pilot decides to nosedive the plane for no reason, most people, male or female, are going to start screaming and begging for mercy. Was Thelma expecting him to wrest the controls away and land the plane on his own, despite having no aeronautical training? It's stories like this that make me question the ethics and values of our forefathers.
