Looks like Catholic Comics was particularly hard-up for material. At least Treasure Chest, the better-known Catholic comic (George Carlin gave it a shout-out on his "Class Clown" album) had the adventures of Chuck White, drawn by Fran Matera. Of course, it too had the obligatory educational features.
